凸輪帶轉線萬能彈簧機的使用特性

①本機由五軸組成,即凸輪壹軸、送線壹軸、轉芯壹軸、轉線壹軸和卷曲壹軸。

④本機采用齒輪傳動轉線功能,可720度任意旋轉,比傳統同步皮帶經久耐用,不用電機電線會斷裂,精度高且利於清潔保養。轉線功能在調試彈簧機過程中可以360度旋轉,且能在任意凸輪位置下刀。調線采用兩段調線裝置,壹段為轉盤調線,第二段為用橫豎垂直兩組軸滑動調線,線向控制穩定,轉線角度精確。
